Hundreds of Palestinians have attended the funeral ceremony of a 13-year-old boy who was killed by Israeli gunfire in the southern Gaza Strip.
Humeid Yunis Abu Daqqah was killed on Thursday after being hit by bullets fired from an Israeli army helicopter near Khan Yunis.
I am speechless Zahir. Truly. My first thought when i read of the olive trees was; don’t they take a long time to mature and become productive. Then the notion that an Israeli court should have the audacity to approve the destruction of these peoples land and trees.
After reading this article; I am deeply saddened and I can see why you would be skeptical of the idea of peace. There is no doubt that Israel is and has long been involved in a war of suppression and a Fascist enforcement of their will on the arabs of Palestine.
Of course we knew much of the attitude of the Right -wing government but these numbers of wounded and killed are beyond belief.
Here is a place where the US needs to step in and force the humane treatment of these people and stop this violence against innocents. This is no more right than what Assad is doing in Syria.
I am repulsed and I will be researching this more fully and addressing this on my blog.
I wish I could do more. I support peace and this is not peace and it is not the behavior of a nation who is interested in peace. More like a nation hoping to drive all the arabs out before they are forced to make peace.
Of all the people on Earth; the Jews should be the last to strike out and the first to be accepting of others.
It’s hard to be sympathetic to them when you see these things occuring.
Occuring to the Arabs children and to the Israeli children as well. neither deserve this kind of life; or death. None deserve to suffer for the acts of their fathers and grandfathers and yet they all do.
The great military power of the Israelis of course means that the Arab families and children take the most punishment.
They who were here when Moses led his people out of the wiilderness.
They who remained on the land when almost all of the Jews deserted it.
They who shared the land with the returning Jews until they became too many and forced their will and their ways on the whole land and all it’s people.
Yes I know a bit of the history of this land and it is not a good portent for the future.
Moses recognised the peculiar nature of the jews when he said to Jehovah; “Your people ar a stiff necked people” What a gift for understatement Moses had.
Sadly that carried them through much abuse and hatred from others only to allow them to oppress others rather than learn from their troubles.
I do have great respect for your thought and the wisdom which speaks. Through different ages of time we experienced bitter truth and yet we didnt learn that there is a limit of human patience. Mostly as people are so ignorant that they no knowlege of islam rather they have the good understanding of culture of different tribes. There is no muslim is a Muslim who doent believe that Musa (pbuh) and Yashu (pbuh) were the mightiest messanger of Allah (God). This is the teaching of our Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) i can only wish people should should read first and speak of what is common in us. and we should bring justice rather. How can one regime kill just for what??? How can one just sit and watch the cruelty in the world. I dont blame the individual.

I watched the video. I don’t doubt the figures. i still would opt for peace but Israel’s treatment of these people is a far worse case of terrorism than anything I have seen or heard about because they have a captive population to exterminate any time they wish as they wish. I will do more research and i think i may have a new cause. Peace can wait; a seperate State can wait; but this terrorist action must stop. The Israeli tactic of concentrating all of the Arabs in small areas is particularly disturbing; especially considering the Jew’s experience at the hands of the Nazis. All too familiar tactic with an all too tragic end-game. I am truly moved by this people’s plight. In truth I am brought to tears by the pictures of the dead and wounded children and women. As I age; I seem to be getting more emotional; particularly about the pain of others. When I was young I resisted empathising with other people as young men do. Now it seems that the world has become so harsh a terrain for human life. I believe I am evolving perhaps. I have been meaning to ask where you originate from Zahir. I don’t think I have asked before. Unless you would rather not say; as you wish. And while I’m about it; I would still be very interested in some specific information about the Call to Prayer. if you feel like it. No pressure. I hope you and your are well and I hope we; as a community of concerned human beings may be able to make a difference; perhaps save lives; perhaps press for peace. Who knows. Thank you for watching it and having ur say; I couldn’t agree more and still the Zionist Cult in US so desperate to convince people that killing Palestinian kids and women.. once a wise man said when the justice is delyed there is no justice…

Mankind has not evolved, to this day,all around the world we still fire lead at each other and the innocents suffer, all in the name of political boundaries and religious supremacy.
